About Us:

  • Property Management focused – (Link Living started as a PM only business and naturally grew into having sales. Most other companies start with Sales and PM is a bi-product of that and is usually disregarded like an ugly cousin)

  • Great relationships with our tradies, tenants and landlords are crucial to success but, looking after our staff (with their mental and physical health) so they can be at their best is most important.

About the Role:

  • TL;DR – Full service PM minus trust accounting
  • Advertising properties for rent via EagleCRM
  • PropertyMe experience
  • Leasing (Enquiries, Inspections, processing applications, ECR, tenant setup)
  • Documentation/Administration
  • Liaising with Clients and Customers
  • Maintenance / Repairs
  • Arrears
  • Lease Renewals
  • Routine Inspections
  • Exit condition reports
  • Potential for VA assistance
  • Tech used: EagleCRM (Portal uploader for listing and leasing assistance [similar to IRE]), PropertyMe, Docusign (Lease agreements, Management agreements) Realworks, NxtForm (online application forms)
  • As members of the REIQ you always have access to additional PM support through their support line and email
  • Established and stable portfolio with room to grow
  • (No trust accounting)

  • The single most important aspect to this role is an ambitious hunger and drive to succeed and be part of growing something special and unique
  • Prior Property Management Experience and proven track record
  • Great networking and people skills
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Valid drivers' licence
  • Valid QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

 

Pay and commission structure is flexible, and you’re invited to take ownership of your remuneration by proposing your own salary.
